- We only call or text you if you asked us to by checking the box and submitting a form.
- We never pre-check the consent box. If you don't check it, no contract with us exists and we don't contact you.
- If you reply STOP to a text, we stop. Immediately, not after one more.
- If you click unsubscribe in an email, we unsubscribe you. That's the one-click opt-out the FCC requires.
- Every form submit logs the timestamp, IP, user-agent, and exact version of the disclosure you saw. That's how we prove consent if it's ever disputed.
- We do not send marketing texts. Every text relates to the specific offer or lead you submitted.
When we contact you
Only after you affirmatively submit a form on this site. Entering your address alone does not trigger any contact — we don't see your phone number until you submit it yourself.
After submission, you'll hear from the specific buyer or agent you're matched with, plus an order-of-magnitude 1–2 emails from us confirming the match. No drip sequences, no random re-engagement campaigns.
How we log consent
Every form submit writes a consent record: timestamp (ISO 8601 UTC), IP address, user-agent string, referrer, page URL, form version, and the SHA-256 hash of the disclosure text you saw.
These logs are retained for 4 years (the TCPA statute of limitations). If a dispute arises over whether you consented, we produce the full record.
How to opt out
Text: reply STOP to any text from us or our buyer network. Opt-out is immediate and permanent.
Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Single click, no account login required.
Phone: ask to be removed from the list. We log the request and stop within 24 hours.
Formal written request: email privacy@geteasycashoffer.com with subject 'Opt out' and your phone number or email. We confirm within 48 hours.
